Public truck profiles
An approved truck’s name, cuisine, description, city, logo, menu and website links, social link, and public phone may appear in its listing. Owners choose the truck location and open status to publish.
Location freshness
Fresh truck coordinates support map pins and directions. After 30 minutes without an update, the live location becomes stale and coordinates are hidden from public results. Public contact information can remain available for customers to confirm directly with the truck.
Your optional browser location
The map asks for your browser location only when you choose the location button. You can browse and search trucks without sharing it. Food truck operators can choose the current-location button when posting where they are serving.
Account & billing information
Truck applications, owner review, and subscription management use authenticated workspaces. Account and payment details are not part of the public truck payload. Secure payment and subscription management use Stripe.
Questions or data requests
Contact support using your account email for help with personal information or account data. Do not include your password or full payment-card details.
